These days it’s hard to find a fifth wheeler with a low profile that features an Island bed but this particular Macquarie 29 is an exception to the rule. While all Travelhomes have a spacious bedroom area, this design offers a true Island or Walk Around Bed making it much easier to climb in and out of and make up of a morning.
The luxurious bedroom really has to be seen to be believed. With a decorative mirrored headboard, his and hers bookshelves with adjustable reading lamps, large bay windows, concealed ceiling mood lighting, under-bed storage, a spacious wardrobe, and a separate vanity, you will feel like you were staying in a five star apartment. All these features are of course, standard.
For those who are less active or mobile, a Travelhome is a perfect choice. Towing is a breeze and hitching up is easy as well. The Travelhome is fitted with dual electric lifting legs so that you can hitch up with the touch of a button. For added convenience a light fitted so you can see what you are doing in dim light.
Another bonus of the fifth wheel style of towing is that you don’t have any of the problems traditionally associated with towing a caravan such as swaying or snaking. On top of that, towing a Travelhome is extremely safe, due to the unique Travelhome hitch, electric brakes, and sturdy construction. We recommend that you take a test drive because you will be amazed at how easy to tow a Travelhome is, you won’t even notice that its there.
