With the Macquarie 29 Bunk Bed fifth wheeler you now have room for the whole family. Available in a single or double bunk configuration, the Macquarie 29 Bunk Beds sleeps up to 6, and still has the space for an extra kitchen bench and even an extended shower.
There is plenty of room for everyone, with privacy curtains and the option of a large, fully enclosed annexe that doubles the size of the van and only takes 20 minutes to set up. There’s lots of room for all of the gear too, with over 700kg of payload capacity available.
The great thing about a Travelhome is because of its light weight it can be towed by a wide range of Aussie-style tow vehicles and only requires a standard car licence. You can use an Aussie-style dual cab 4WD ute with plenty of room for the whole family and all the comforts of a normal everyday car.
When you aren’t on the road you can still use your ute as your everyday drive vehicle to head down to the shops or to take the kids to school. When you are on holidays you can tow your Travelhome with ease, with room in the back for storage, and room in the front to spread out.
When you get to your destination you can go four-wheel-driving, drive to see the local attractions, go to the shops to pick up essentials, and come home to your Travelhome at the end of the day without any need to spend time setting up. In the morning you can hitch up within minutes with the press of a button and be on the road again, heading to your next port of call, or you can decide to stay awhile, and spend 20 minutes setting up the fully enclosed annexe, awning, BBQ and TV, and get ready for some serious relaxing in front of the cricket while the kids ride on their bikes they brought along on the back of the Travelhome.
At the end of the day the kids can wash their boogie boards off under the external shower after a day at the beach, and you can serve up some snags on the drop-down external table, before cosying up inside with the gas air heater or air conditioning. Its all part of the Travelhome fifth wheeler lifestyle.
